Kevin has more than three decades of research and PR experience. He has combined being a practitioner with working in an academic environment. He is Ada and Alan’s CEO and led our studies on Philanthropy, Tacit Support and Sustainability. He is a fellow in the Business School at the University of Greenwich, and provides master’s level dissertation supervision at Cardiff University, and is visiting lecturer at City St George's, University of London.

Faye is a first-class researcher, gaining extensive academic experience during her master’s degree at Cardiff University. At Ada and Alan, she has developed strong knowledge across a range of sectors including aerospace, tourism and technology. She is an excellent facilitator and excels at conducting one-to-one interviews. She fronted the presentation of our Tacit Support study at Bledcom 2022.

Bridget honed her research skills while studying Politics and International Relations at Royal Holloway, with a focus on modern socio-political theory. While working with Ada and Alan, she has studied historical PR campaigns in use against evolving social movements, the role of triage in crisis, and the use of AI Avatars in internal communications. Bridget’s key areas of future research are in crisis communications, and handling complex, rapidly evolving crises.

Anshika is a former journalist with an MBA with Media from Cardiff University. Her work with Ada and Alan, includes research around Generation Z PR professionals and their employers, examining attitudes towards work-placed well-being which she presented at Bledcom 2024.
